The skills that decide whether the technical ones get used. Scoped to the problem you actually have, run in-house, and claimable under HRD Corp.

Soft skills is a shelf, not a course. Under it sit very different problems: the manager who avoids the hard conversation, the analyst whose work is right and unreadable. The team that goes quiet the week after a change is announced, the person who waits to be told.
Booking a generic soft skills day for all four is how training budgets get spent without anything changing. Everyone attends, nobody was the target, and the report says attendance was good.
So we start the other way round. Tell us what is actually going wrong and who it is happening to, and we scope from there. Sometimes the answer is one programme for eight people rather than a company-wide roll-out, and we will say so.
If you already know exactly which skill and which team, skip ahead and tell us. That is the fastest version of this conversation.
Sessions run on your premises with your own situations: the conversation someone is dreading, the report nobody reads, the handover that keeps going wrong. People rehearse the real thing, because a role-play from a textbook is a skill nobody has to use on Monday.
From a single team to a company-wide roll-out across departments. Tell us the headcount early and we will scope around it, including telling you when a workshop is the wrong shape for the problem.
Soft skills training runs as an HRD Corp Claimable Course. If you employ 10 or more Malaysian employees you are already contributing 1% of monthly wages, and levy left completely unused for two continuous years is subject to forfeiture.
The grant application is submitted by you. We prepare what goes into it and walk your HR team through the submission.
The claim is submitted by our operations team, within five days of receiving your signed documents.
HRD Corp normally approves the grant in one to three days and the claim in one to three weeks. Both assume they come back with no queries.
Mainly the course fee and allowances. We claim the training fees. Allowances you claim from your own levy account, and we will walk your HR team through that too.
These sit in Workplace Power Skills, the area of the AZEO catalogue built for personal effectiveness. Each one is aimed at a single behaviour, which is what makes it possible to tell whether it worked.
Communication, leadership and customer-facing skills sit in their own areas of the catalogue, and we will point you there if that is where the problem actually is.

Most companies book a soft skills programme on its own, and that is a perfectly good reason to call us. If you are also looking at where else your team is exposed, it can sit inside the wider DREAM People Development System. That is how AZEO connects assessment, training and follow-up instead of running one-off sessions.
110,608 people trained across 3,260 companies since 2017. Explore the full training catalogue.

HRD Corp claims, where we run it, how long it takes and what it costs.
It runs as an HRD Corp Claimable Course. Whether your company can claim depends on your HRD Corp registration and your available levy balance, so we confirm your position before you commit, at no charge.
Same fund, newer name. HRDF is what the levy was called before the body rebranded as HRD Corp. When someone asks whether soft skills training is HRDF claimable, it is the same question and the same answer.
Yes. Sessions run on your premises, which is the point: people practise where they work.
Yes. Every participant receives a certificate of attendance on completion.
Every trainer we place is matched to the client's needs and preferences, and certified in the area they deliver. Each one is vetted through profile review and interview before being proposed for any engagement.
Most AZEO workshops run one to two days. Soft skills programmes are scoped to the behaviour you are targeting and the size of the group, so we confirm the length once we know both.
It depends on duration, team size and how much of it we customise. With HRD Corp funding many companies pay significantly less than list price. Contact us for a tailored quote.
We deliver in English, Malay or Mandarin. The language does not affect claimability — what matters is the course registration.
Describe the situation rather than the course title: who it involves, how often it happens, what it is costing you. We will come back with the programme that fits, the format and what your levy covers.
No charge for the scoping.
